Paso Robles BlendFest on the Coast – the only California wine festival dedicated to blends – will take place Feb. 18-21, 2027, in San Simeon and Cambria with a selection of exciting events. Paso Robles’ winemakers love to blend wine, mixing varieties to craft something unique and delicious. BlendFest celebrates rule-breaking, traditional, and unconventional wine blends throughout the weekend.

Winemaker Dinners

Dine with Paso’s best winemakers and sip blended wines paired with unique menus that highlight the best of Central Coast cuisine. Select from two special and exclusive wine dinners in Cambria on Thursday, Feb. 18 and San Simeon on Friday, Feb. 19.

Blending Seminar & Lunch 

Become a winemaker for a morning on Saturday, Feb. 20! Try your hand at making the perfect blend with three of Paso’s finest winemakers as your guides. Guests will learn the philosophy of blending and then compete for the best blend. Lunch follows with the winemakers and their finished wines.

Sunset Grand Tasting

The BlendFest Sunset Grand Tasting is moving to a stunning new location in 2027: the historic Julia Morgan Warehouse at Hearst Ranch property in San Simeon! On Saturday, Feb. 20, more than 40 renowned Paso Robles wineries will come together each showcasing distinct Paso blends. Guests will enjoy spectacular wines, only surpassed by stunning Pacific Ocean views along the scenic Highway 1 Road Trip.

Sunset Grand Tasting Wineries

Over 40 Paso Robles wineries are ready to pour their best blends at BlendFest on the Coast. A list of participating wineries is coming soon.

Sunset Grand Tasting Shuttle

Parking at the Sunset Grand Tasting is limited. You are encouraged to take the complimentary shuttle from Cambria or San Simeon. Shuttle details will be posted soon. The shuttle will run on a loop between 1-6 p.m.

Tickets for the 2027 BlendFest on the Coast are NOT available for purchase at the door. ALL TICKET HOLDERS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE; ID will be required to enter. Although adorable, pets are not allowed at the event. All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
