Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaborates with Winemaking, Events, Vineyard Experience/Winery, Vineyard Stays, and Marketing teams to source and create timely and relevant content, including photography, for email campaigns..
Captures and posts imagery for use on social media, the website, and other platforms, ensuring all imagery is owned by ONX Wines.
Manages the social media accounts, including creating and posting content/stories multiple times per week, monitoring tags and leads, and responding to comments and messages across social media accounts in a timely and professional manner.
Monitors online activity across departments and geographical areas.
Measures the success of every social media campaign, compiling timely reports based on findings to inform future strategies.
Creates and manages email campaigns targeting the general public and the ONX Collective Wine Club.
Gathers and analyzes data on email campaign performance to optimize future email marketing efforts.
Supports the Hospitality team by creating and adjusting print collateral as needed.

Required Experience, Education, & Skills:

Strong photography skills.
Proven experience in social media content creation and management.

Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as the acting floor manager and maintain our hospitality standards while managing multiple tasks, priorities, customers, and staff

- Work in partnership with Hospitality Manager to achieve sales goals and club sign ups
- Order Management: processing orders, editing orders, shipping, and returns

- Work in partnership with the GM and Hospitality Manager to strategize tasting experiences, reservations, and forecasting to achieve monthly and yearly goals.
