Part-Time — $20–25/hour, depending on experience, + tips

About Us
High Camp Wines is a family-run estate vineyard and winery just outside Paso Robles, with a downtown tasting room and wine bar. We make low-intervention wines — skin-contact whites, carbonic reds, and estate Bordeaux-style blends — and we're looking for someone who enjoys sharing them with guests in a warm, easygoing way.

What You'll Do

Welcome guests and guide them through tastings in a way that feels personal and relaxed
Share the story behind our wines, our vineyard, and our family
Keep the bar and tasting room clean and well-stocked
Manage your shift independently — opening, closing, POS, general upkeep
Build genuine relationships with regulars and first-timers alike
Support wine club sign-ups and merchandise sales naturally, as part of the conversation
Communicate with the team about inventory, scheduling, and guest needs

Who You Are

Self-managed and reliable — comfortable running a shift with minimal oversight

Energetic and friendly, with a professional touch
You enjoy wine and enjoy talking about it with people
You like to chat and connect — a good talker and a good listener

Alta Colina Vineyard & Winery is seeking an intern for the 2026 vintage.

About us: We are an estate winery located in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles. Our vineyard contains 31 acres of Rhone varieties—2026 is the 22nd leaf.
