Sep 01, 2020 | Le Cuvier Winery

Who We Are: Established in 1983, we are a highly respected winery in Paso Robles. Le Cuvier wines are born from a hands-off approach, married with these three philosophies: 1) Wild yeast fermentation is practiced exclusively. 2) Dry-farmed fruit is chosen wherever possible. 3) Each wine spends a minimum of 33 months in neutral oak, reaching uncommon maturity. Our resulting wines not only develop a complex array of flavors and aromas but are also incredibly age-worthy.
