Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Administration & Shipping

• Compile and organize orders from all sales channels
• Analyze costs related to shipping and handling
• Fulfill orders from weekly promotions and monthly wine club shipments
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and timely
• Contact club members with missed delivery attempts to reduce return rate
• Contact club members with declined credit cards via email and phone
• Submit weekly promotions for approval
• Assist in keeping website up to date with info, wines, events, etc
• Work with tasting room on wine club inventory needs and shipments and overview of upcoming allocations
• Coordinate delivery of mail and packages to various departments on property

2. Membership Support, Sales, and Customer Service

• Occasional presence on the tasting room floor to interact with guests and facilitate sales
• Assist in planning and executing club and direct-to-consumer events
• Submit content for social media platforms
• Updating account credentials, tracking shipments, fielding phone calls, and managing the customer’s request professionally and expediently
• Logging customer information into our CRM platform and taking detailed notes on each interaction
• Responding to email responses from e-commerce and marketing campaigns
• Sense of urgency in replying to customer service emails, phone calls, and other messages
• Capturing sales by phone and email; encouraging add-ons and customizations to all membership allocations
• Helping to pick and pack wines
• Acting as an ambassador to Paso Robles by referring other wineries and local restaurants to our guests
• As needed, coordinating outreach to members to ensure the highest billing success rate by updating expired and invalid credit cards in advance of wine club shipments
• Completing other data mining and database cleaning projects as needed
• Building long-lasting, meaningful, and authentic relationships with members
• Assisting in executing guest interactions leading up to and including their visits to our tasting room
• Hosting tastings when needed to support overflow

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with DTC marketing channels specifically e-mail, phone, and social media
• In-depth knowledge of consumer trends, and the ability to analyze purchase data
• Passion for ultra-premium wines, good knowledge of California and Paso Robles wines
• Efficient and detail-oriented with exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) preferred.
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, and/or wine hospitality and customer service
• Weekend events/staffing needs may require schedule flexibility

JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
The Landscape Gardener performs a variety of work such as litter and trash removal; planting and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, lawns, and hardscape. Is responsible for ensuring that all work is accomplished in a safe manner at all times, in compliance with adopted standards, while striving to produce the best possible results. Furnishes all labor, supervision, and insurance pesticide license.

DUTIES
Irrigation Systems/Water Management
• Automatic irrigation systems are monitored throughout the year to promote healthy growth.
• Sprinkler systems are adjusted to keep water from spraying directly on buildings, walkways, windows, and other structures.
• Backflow preventer maintenance.
• Fall inspection of backflow preventer freeze bags.
• Clean drip line valve filters one a year or as needed.
• Hand water flower containers in Member Garden.
• Repairs to irrigation backflow preventers, mainlines, valves, clocks, sprinkler heads and drip lines.

Trees, Shrubs, and Groundcover Maintenance
• Pruning, thinning, and trimming of shrubs, groundcover and ornamental grasses is performed on a regular basis to maintain a neat appearance and promote healthy growth.
• Attention is taken to ensure that plants, shrubs, and groundcover do not block sprinklers or interfere with walkways.
• Hand weeding throughout all landscape areas.
• Trees up to fifteen feet in height are maintained by pruning, shaping, and thinning.
• Removal of leaf litter as needed throughout all landscape areas.
• Spring weed abatement.
• Winter pruning of ornamental grasses.
• Member Garden/Vineyard View seasonal (fall and spring) color.

Lawn Areas
• Lawn area is mowed once a week to maintain a neat appearance and promote health growth.
• Lawn clippings are removed each time lawn is mowed.
• Mower height is adjusted with seasonal temperature changes for optimum growth.
• Removal of leaf litter on AstroTurf areas.

Fertilizer, Pesticide, Herbicide and Fungicide
• Fertilize turf area every 8 – 10 weeks.
• Fertilize shrubs and groundcovers twice per year.
• Spraying lawn area for broadleaf weeds.
• Sub out, when needed, injection fertilizer for shrubs and trees.
• Fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides applied as needed.

Rodent Control
• Trapping and removing of gophers, rabbits, and voles.
• Advise management of rodent outbreak.

Hardscape Area
• Keep all cracks and seams in sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and pathway areas free from weeds.
• Blowing off with commercial blower of all patios, walkways, and parking lots.
• Pick up litter from landscape throughout property, parking lots and pathways.

Position Summary:

Winery Maintenance Mechanic

The Craig Stoller Collection (Sextant Wines / Paris Valley Road Estate Winery) seeks a qualified individual to maintain our exceptional facilities. This person must have a great mechanical aptitude along with a strong understanding of facility maintenance. The ideal candidate must take pride in their work and has an eye for detail. Strong communication, organizational skills and self-awareness is key.
Properties consist of two wineries, three tasting rooms, vacation rentals and an administration office. Mechanic to perform repairs, modifications and preventative maintenance on the winery’s facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• General winery maintenance, in all areas of the winery, including production, tasting facilities, offices, and other buildings.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems/water distribution systems.
• Ongoing preventative maintenance for refrigeration systems, boiler systems, compressed air and wastewater systems.

Position Summary
Under the direction of hospitality leadership, the Hospitality Concierge ensures all incoming calls and emails are directed accordingly to ensure a positive guest experience. The Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for all reservations in company tasting rooms, additional tasting experiences, private winery events, VRBO inquiries, and manages all accordingly. The position will interact with numerous departments to coordinate all hospitality needs in the company and will work Wednesday–Sunday.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Be friendly, courteous and capable of interacting with a wide variety of personalities in a professional and polite manner, with an eagerness to meet the needs of every guest who calls or emails
• Uphold friendly, courteous telephone service and interactions with guests and fellow employees
• Answer all incoming calls with a positive and clear voice and answer incoming emails with a prompt, informative, and friendly reply
• Execute, maintain, and calendar all reservations for company tasting rooms, VRBO properties, and private winery events
• Provide accurate information about the winery and VRBOs to inquiring guests
• Follow all winery policies and procedures throughout the execution of tasks and responsibilities, including maintaining excellent customer service and efficient operations
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of rates, features, amenities, and area attractions to assist guests in their planning process

Professional Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least one-year experience in hospitality is highly desired but not required

ONX Wines is seeking an experienced, polished hospitality professional to serve as it’s Innkeeper and direct its rental business to the next level.

This position reports to the Director of Operations and the Proprietor.

This position will be responsible for the execution and oversight of all usage of the Briarwood Cottage, Briarwood Retreat (future rental), and Kiler Canyon Retreat vineyard rental homes operated by ONX Wines. This includes managing all aspects of guest stays at both locations, from initial contact through checkout. This position also includes serving as the point person for the ONX Concierge program, which assists visitors to Paso Robles in planning their trips and creating itineraries for their visit.

This is a full-time position, exempt status, with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and a 401k with company matching.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing and coordinating all guest experiences for Cottage and Retreat visitors (including first time guests, club members, and designated Wholesale/Marketing VIPs). This could include pre-arrival trip planning, booking them into appointments for ONX vineyard tours, Tasting Room, Sensory Experience, Oasis Rentals, or any other designated requests.
• Developing new interactive experiences (e.g. guest happy hour, seasonal tasting/touring of the vineyard, orchard, and gardens, etc.)
• Developing and maintaining all SOPs governing rental check-ins, check-outs, presentation, cleaning, booking, communication, etc.
• Ensure all guest experiences and cottage/property appearance are of the highest quality
• Answer all communication and correspondence with prospective guests and customers utilizing all concierge platforms (phone, email, Airbnb, etc.) in a timely manner to facilitate bookings
• Answer guest questions and emergencies if they arise during off-hours
• Manage and train designated staff members to cover all Innkeeper responsibilities during days off and planned vacations
• Manage designated staff members and contractors for cleaning and landscaping of rentals
• Conduct industry/non-industry outreach to drive business to the rentals.
• Plan and manage budgets for all rental properties with the goal of hitting yearly revenue targets
• Reduce expenses in the budget when possible.
• Track rental performance, utilization rate, and budget on a weekly and monthly basis
• Manage the design and utilization of collateral for hospitality use in conjunction with the in-house marketing team
• Assist as otherwise needed/directed with ONX events, Vineyard Tours, and Hospitality work

Requirements for this position include:
• At least three years of hospitality experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite (email, Docs, Sheets, etc)
• Ability to learn our booking platforms (primarily ResNexus and occasionally Airbnb) if not already familiar
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• A love for vineyards and wine-country farmstead lifestyle
• An excitement for pairing wine and food (professional cooking experience is a plus, but not a requirement)
