Rooted in Paso Robles and guided by intention, our work begins with a shared conviction—first and foremost, we love great wine.
We believe greatness is never accidental. It is the result of deliberate design, disciplined craftsmanship, and a series of meticulous choices made with care and purpose. Every decision, from vineyard to bottle, reflects our commitment to the highest standards of quality and integrity.

Those standards begin in the vineyard. As a certified California Sustainable Vineyard, we are dedicated to responsible farming practices and a long-term relationship with the land. Stewardship is not a trend for us—it is a responsibility. We strive to leave our soils, ecosystems, and community stronger than we found them.

Our wines are complex by nature yet effortless in enjoyment. They create moments of simple pleasure while telling a deeper story—of rocks and dirt, vines and grapes, effort and artistry. They connect people to the agricultural foundations we respect and to the everyday wonder of the natural world.

ONX is built at the intersection of precision and possibility. Thoughtful farming. Intentional winemaking. Curiosity about what could happen when craft meets creativity. Rocks and dirt. Vines and grapes. Effort and art. What will happen?
