• Virtual Tasting Assistant reports to the Director of ONX at home
• Pay is DOE + Tips, Wine Club Bonus, and other incentives as they arise.

1. SALES & HOSPITALITY
● Providing virtual customer wine experiences & customer support
Presenting to customers and corporate teams on virtual appointments, resulting in wine bottle and club sales as well as additional appointments
Maintaining relationships with groups as they are guided through the booking and logistics processes
Expanding positive customer relations, which may include outreach, emails, and phone calls
● Providing excellent customer service in person, through zoom, over the telephone, and through email
● Representing the company in a positive manner and protecting ONX property at
all times
● Performing other duties for the Hospitality department as needed

2. LOGISTICS
● Producing, assembling, and shipping ONX tasting kits
Assembling boxes, bottling and labeling wines, assembling the components together to create kits
Reconciling orders with shipping labels, organizing custom orders

3. MARKETING
● Assisting with product and brand development
Creative input for new products and updating existing products and processes
Input on how to reach new markets

REQUIRED
Knowledge of wine and wine tasting practices is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Microsoft excel and related programs
Familiarity with zoom and google hangouts is a plus
Must have a strong work ethic and be able to multitask, problem solve and think on their feet while maintaining enthusiasm and poise in a fast-paced environment
Must be available weekends and holidays

After making wine with Justin Smith (of Saxum) for five years and Stephan Asseo (of L'Aventure Wines) for two years the Jensen’s decided it was time to create their own expression with Booker Vineyard. The 2005 vintage was Booker Vineyard's first release with the wines being made by our owner Eric Jensen.

The Tasting Room Floor Supervisor will be responsible for leading the team on both daily operational functions while also focusing on sales and wine club enrollments Tasting. Essential Job Functions
1. Provide leadership, direction and information to staff to foster a productive, efficient and positive work environment. Model the behavior that is expected from tasting room staff.
2. Tasting room staff management. Responsibilities include training employees, employee scheduling, managing and mitigating overtime, assigning/directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving conflicts.
3. Ensure staff is trained on appropriate sales techniques, current promotions, club offerings.

Position Summary:
Facility Maintenance Technician

The Craig Stoller Collection (Sextant Wines / Paris Valley Road Estate Winery) seeks a qualified individual to maintain our exceptional facilities. This person must have a great mechanical aptitude along with a strong understanding of facility maintenance. The ideal candidate must take pride in their work and has an eye for detail. Strong communication, organizational skills and self-awareness is key.

Properties consist of two wineries, three tasting rooms, vacation rentals and an administration office.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Maintain maintenance equipment and work spaces
• Perform maintenance inspections of major mechanical equipment including electrical systems, HVAC systems, water-treatment, etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building structures, water systems, and equipment
• General cleaning (outside of normally scheduled contract cleaning)
• Maintain and repair equipment and furniture
• General “handyman” ability repairing plumbing and electrical issues throughout facilities
• Assist install and remove seasonal decorations
• Assist (strike) set up and tear down for events
• Maintain schedule of maintenance with specialized technicians
• Coordinate and assist as needed with the Winery Maintenance Mechanic and the Landscape Manager

Skills:
• Understandings and ability to perform routine work on electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to work with wood whether it be repairing, painting or refinishing.
• Understanding and ability to perform routine work on landscaping irrigation systems
• Fork-lifting and scissor-lift experience required.
