Apr 08, 2019 | Giornata

After years of bringing Italian grape growing and winemaking philosophy to Paso Robles (https://thepress.sfchronicle.com/review/giornata/), we've opened ETTO -- the central coast's first pasta factory and Italian market -- in the center of Tin City (http://tincitypaso.com). Our sincere commitment to offering extraordinary food and wine products made in the most natural and healthful manner possible inspires everything we do.

We are looking for similarly minded people to join us with their skills and ideas as we take on the challenges and opportunities as our business grows. Ideal candidates have a love for food and wine and the ability to communicate that to customers, while also understanding the larger picture of what we are trying to achieve while living our passion and philosophy in our businesses.

We are inspired by our travels and life experience, but also find inspiration through music, literature and the arts. We believe deeply in community involvement with the understanding that our community health is integral to our success.

This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in our family business with great potential for growth moving forward. Key team members will have the opportunity to participate in our success not only though pay (competitive) and benefits (401K, Profit Sharing), but we also want to foster inspiration and individual fulfillment. Building a new business takes a lot of work and at times can be demanding, but hopefully the payoff and excitement of helping build something from scratch is more compelling than the challenges. Rewards both professionally and financially will follow as our organization grows and succeeds.

Ideal candidates will be well rounded with a background in food and wine and interesting life experience.
