CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

As the main point of contact for several of Compli’s beverage alcohol clients, the Client Success Manager plays an integral role in creating a sustainable, world class customer experience for Compli’s client base. The CSM will understand the client’s current and future business needs and will use independent judgment to focus efforts on tasks that result in higher customer satisfaction and client retention. The CSM position is an integration of functions and activities of Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Training and Support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Customer Success Management collaborates with all departments within Compli, and includes the following high-level areas of responsibility:

Relationship management – They learn, and understand our client’s business through the building of relationships.  Using that knowledge to influence new product development, improve processes, and influence our service offerings.

Training – they are the front line for ongoing education and training.  Once clients are onboarded, new enhancements and adoption of existing technology is managed through the success team.  Their understanding of what our clients need is what enables clients to get the full benefit of Compli’s expertise.

Subject matter expert – compliance is complicated.  Success Managers become the clients subject matter expert.  Not by knowing everything personally, but by becoming their trusted source for getting information.

Communication – open, clear communication with our clients is critical.  A single point of contact, in a complex situation, brings great value.  The Customer Success Manager’s ability to communicate with both clients, and internally, to get clarity, set expectations, and bridge gaps of understanding, is a big part of their day.

 Create/maintain proper signage for merchandise shelves, wine specials, table tents, and outside signs.
 Working with TR Manager to do monthly inventory of clothing, merchandise, etc.

ABOUT HALTER RANCH
Historic Halter Ranch is a vineyard and winery located in the heart of the Paso Robles' Westside Adelaida District. Tradition and innovation mix at Halter Ranch to produce Bordeaux and Rhône-style wines of the highest quality.

JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Tasting Room Manager, the Tasting Room Runner is responsible for clearing & setting for wine and food service along with dishwashing for serve ware and glasses. Additionally, this position is responsible for assisting with any other duties in the tasting room and as support for Excursion Tours, Reserved Tastings, and other miscellaneous projects assisting the tasting room sales associates.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Ensure that guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly & courteous service at all times
- Help set up and breakdown of Excursion Tours
- Support for Inventory and Merchandising as needed
- Remove plates, silverware, glasses when patrons are finished
- Maintains service stations in a clean and orderly fashion throughout shift
- Stock wine consistently during service patrons
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and/or other serve ware and places into conventional dishwasher

- Keep floors free and clear of broken glass, water, and other debris during service

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or Equivalent

Compliance Specialist

Process brand registration to accompany licensing projects.

Complete follow up with regulatory/government agencies on application status.

Process Certificate of Label Approvals (COLAs), use up requests, and formula approvals.

Manage and track all projects and licenses in eCompli.

Track and record all work activity in eBility.

Assists the accounting department to assure proper client billing.

Prepare and file Federal and California Excise Tax returns.

Prepare and file Federal wine premise operations reports.

Assist and give feedback on establishment and maintenance of appropriate internal controls and safeguards.

Now one of the oldest wineries in the region, Castoro Cellars currently has over 1000 acres of organically farmed Estate vineyards, 450 acres of which are certified organic by CCOF. Castoro Cellars is currently seeking a lab technician for the 2018 Harvest Season. This position will provide the opportunity to work closely with the winemaking staff and will be expected to start early September and run through December - season dependent. The applicant must be flexible, professional, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple responsibilities, completing tasks efficiently with a high degree of accuracy. This individual will be required to work Monday through Saturday, with the possibility of Sundays, and/or evenings as need.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Perform daily brix and temperature monitoring on fermenting tanks
• Pull daily samples for lab analysis
• Sample incoming grape trucks
• Process and analyze vineyard grape samples for ripeness
• Perform daily analysis on juice, must, and wine samples. This includes: Brix, pH, TA, VA, alcohol, residual sugars, free and total sulfur, malic acid, YAN, and various other analyses
• Pull samples for shipping
• Properly maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
• Maintain an organized and clean working environment
• Legibly track, record, and enter data in Excel, TankNET, and WMDB
• Other duties as assigned by winemaking team

Qualifications
