BlendFest: Winemaker Dinner


Kick off-your BlendFest experience with a winemaker dinner!

Join seven Paso Robles winemakers at Robin’s Restaurant in Cambria for this special four-course dinner on Friday, January 13 at 6:30 p.m.

Pick your winemaker, as each course will be paired with wine from your selected winery (although sharing amongst tables is highly encouraged).

First Course: coquille st jacques
Baked bay scallops, cardamom coconut cream, wilted mustard greens, toasted hazelnuts, pomegranate seeds

Second Course: Gnocchi
Handmade potato gnocchi, house cured duck prosciutto, duck liver rosemary sauce, oven dried cherry tomatoes, wild mushrooms

Third Course: Rack of Lamb
Cocoa crusted lamb chops/garlic potato puree/ sautéed Kale/ roasted red bell pepper rouille/ Tawny port demi-glace

Fourth Course: Baked Cheese Tart
Cambozola cheese/ puff pastry/ dried cherry and fig compote/ edible flowers
