We are a family company that make estate grown wines from three vineyards in Paso Robles & Edna Valley. Our tasting room is open daily and our restaurant serves farm to table inspired lunch Thursday - Sunday with special event dinners held monthly. We farm a total of 212 acres across three different vineyards in Paso Robles and Edna Valley: Bootjack Ranch in the Paso Robles Geneseo District, Heart Hill Vineyard in the Paso Robles Willow Creek District and Jespersen Ranch in Edna Valley.
Our tasting room, restaurant & winery are Solar Powered & LEED Certified and we make all our wines at our SIP Certified Winery at Heart Hill Vineyard. We are known for our estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay as well as our flagship blend Fog Catcher; however, we grow a wide range of varietals and specialize in small lot bottlings that we allocate to our Wine Club Members.
WINE TASTING Tasting fee of $15/person, fee waived with bottle purchase.
LUNCH Locally sourced ingredients paired with our estate wines including: All Local Cheese & Charcuterie boards; Burger with truffle cheese, onion jam & black pepper aoili; Short Rib low & slow with potato pea puree & crispy carrot. Served Thursday - Sunday.
WINERY TOURS Vineyard & winery tour, barrel tasting and private reserve wine tasting. Friday - Sunday at 10:30am and 2pm and weekdays by appointment $40/person.
