Spring Release: Dinner Series

Throughout the month of March we feature a Winemaker Dinner Series. Three winemaker dinners at three restaurants. This series showcases the culinary diversity of Paso Robles alongside the distinctly different wines of the region. Each restaurant will be paired with four different winemakers who will share their wines and story. If you make it to every dinner in March, that’s up to 12 different wineries that you have the opportunity to meet and taste.

Thursday, March 9 | in bloom

Founded in 2022 by restaurateurs Chris & Nicole Haisma, in bloom celebrates PasoRobles’ food and wine culture by collaborating with local farms and purveyors. Executive Chef Kenny Seliger and Executive Sous Chef Ron Frazier take the now-classic Californian menu and give it a clever and modern update at in bloom.

On March 9, in bloom welcomes three of California’s top winemakers to collaborate for a special and memorable dinner. The room will be lively and energetic as Cris Cherry (MAHA Estate | Villa Creek Cellars), Justin Smith (Saxum Vineyards), and Don Burns (Turtle Rock Vineyards) take over the dining room (and house turntable) to showcase their incredible lineup of wines paired with a 6-course tasting menu created by chef Kenny.
