Thomas Hill Organics is a farm-to-table restaurant dedicated to serving locally sourced and organic products to create a dynamic menu of imaginative dishes. Thomas Hill Organics started as a 10-acre organic farm on the outskirts of Paso Robles. After a successful local CSA program, we decided 11 years ago to open an organic restaurant in downtown Paso Robles. It has become one of the top restaurants in the area. Thomas Hill Organics is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner and brunch on Sundays. And we just launched a Dessert Bar in our lounge.
