2025 Blending Seminar

Our annual blending seminar is back! Join Proprietor Jason Haas and Director of Winemaking Chelsea Franchi for a barrel tasting of the individual varietals and a discussion of our blending process. Then comes the fun part, where we set you loose with graduated cylinders to produce your own blend. This event is extremely popular and sells out quickly.
