Excited to chat with two brands who have thriving tasting rooms downtown Paso Robles, but ALSO have estate fruit they are farming in Paso wine country as well.
We talk to Neeta and Kunal Mittal of LXV Wine, who’ve had a downtown tasting room before it was even cool. They just celebrated their 12th anniversary, and their story, passion, and path is something special, and I’ve always loved sharing time with them on and off the air.
We also meet for the first time Anita and Varinder Sahi of Copia Vineyards and Winery. Their path to Paso is also as unique as it gets, and how life took them to Paso with a tasting room literally across the street from LXV is pretty exciting. Anita comes from an accomplished hospitality background, and Varinder has been making wine for a while but left another wine region in the state to be a part of the Paso wine scene. Now they are both here, and Paso fans couldn’t be luckier to have them.
Both these brands share our original theme of downtown tasting rooms along with estate fruit, and coincidentally are also all four of Indian descent so it will be awesome to be exposed to that wonderful culture through these four lovely people, and learn a thing or two about it.
