    Copia Vineyards Tasting Room and Winery in scenic Paso Robles, California, perfectly embodies a love of wine and hospitality. Located in west Paso Robles, we produce small-lot wines from our estate vineyards, with a focus on Rhône and Bordeaux blends. Winemakers Varinder and Anita combine engineering precision with fine dining expertise to create award-winning estate wines of texture and balance.
