Marin, a rising winemaker and entrepreneur, is building something uniquely her own. From her aromatic Viognier-based pét-nat to a welcoming tasting room that reflects her personality and perspective, her approach is intentional, fresh, and deeply personal.

Together, they represent a new wave of Paso-adjacent energy rooted in community, creativity, and a willingness to take risks.
