Seminar 1: Cab Icons of Paso

Since the 1960s, Paso Robles has been producing Cabernet Sauvignon of distinction. It is a variety that enjoys a Mediterranean climate with warm days and cool nights over a long growing season. The very definition of Paso Robles. Fast forward to today, more than half of what is grown in Paso Robles is Cabernet Sauvignon and the Bordeaux varieties. Critical acclaim has found Paso Robles in these six icons of Cabernet Sauvignon, whose wines showcase the superb growing environment for Cab in Paso Robles.
