The Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance provides a retirement plan option for members through a Multiple Employer Aggregation Program (MEAP) 401(k). This program is designed to make offering retirement benefits easier, more affordable, and less time-consuming for member businesses.

By participating in the MEAP, employers can offer a competitive 401(k) benefit to their employees while reducing the administrative responsibilities and costs typically associated with managing a standalone retirement plan. Members benefit from group pricing, streamlined administration, and access to professional guidance, while still maintaining flexibility in plan design, such as employer match options.

The PRWCA Retirement Program is offered in partnership with San Luis Wealth Advisors and Lincoln Financial and is available exclusively to current PRWCA members.
