Winemaker Wednesday: Ciento Cellars

Dave and Antonia Carpenter found their property in 2012 on an old cattle ranch on the west side of Paso Robles, with views in every direction. They spent seven years planning before they put a single vine in the ground. Fourteen acres of Rhone and Bordeaux varietals they’ve been farming since 2019. About 750 cases a year.
