Winemaker Dinner with Molly Bohlman

Our annual dinner with Winemaker Molly. She’ll dive into our library collection of bottles from Jespersen Ranch to select a set of special wines for the evening and work with Executive Chef Jacob Burrell to create a delicious, memorable pairing menu. We’ll begin with a canapé hour between the tanks of the Craft Winery, followed by a coursed, paired dinner. Expect to see special bottles of Sparkling Wine, library Pinot Noir and a bottle of cool-climate Syrah or Grenache! Your ticket includes food, wine & tip (tax not included).

CANAPÉ HOUR IN THE WINERY TANKS:
2021 Sauvignon Blanc & 2020 Pinot Noir
Citrus and chèvre crostini
Marinated shrimp
Pork belly and cipollini skewers

DINNER:
2016 Reserve Chardonnay Magnum
Spring vegetables, scallops, rye and pacific gold oysters

2015 Reserve Pinot Noir
Salmon, braised daikon and guanciale in flaky pastry, savory vegetable jus

2017 Jespersen Ranch Syrah
Lamb shank, potato puree with olive oil, tapenade

DESSERT:
2017 Blanc de Noirs
Biscuits roses, blueberries and Humboldt fog cheese
