Wine Fest Weekend Library Wines & Cheese Pairing

Paso Wine Fest Weekend is upon us and while we won’t be pouring at the Fairgrounds this weekend, we will be offering a very special tasting experience at our Downtown Tasting Lounge.

For this one time event, we have delved into our library and dusted off five award winning wines, all with 90+ point scores. This diverse line up includes wines with grapes sourced our former Estate Vineyard on Paso’s Westside. Plus we will be offering a complimentary cheese pairing with each flight.

The wines are chosen from vintages spanning from 2012 to 2018. The varietals are diverse – from Pinot Noir to Cabernet Sauvignon, from Syrah to Sangiovese. What these wines do have in common is scarcity. Just a few cases of each wine remain and it is very likely that most will be completely sold out by the end of the weekend. This will almost certainly be the only time we will be able to pour all of these wines in the same tasting flight!

This special tasting opportunity will only be available on Saturday, May 17 and Sunday, May 18, or until the wines sell out. The tasting fee of $30 will be waived with a purchase of 2 or more bottles. The fee is also waived for active wine club members.

In addition to the Library flight, we will also be pouring our regular tasting list. The list includes the 2023 vintage of our Espía Albariño, plus no less than five 2021 reds, all with 90+ point scores from Wine Enthusiast magazine. Complimentary cheese pairing is included with each flight. The tasting fee for this line up is $25 and will be waived with a purchase of 2 or more bottles. As always, the tasting fee is waived for active wine club members.
