Our new Cellar Room at Cass Winery offers the perfect educational venue to become an advanced taster and wine aficionado. Join Sommelier Katie Gebauer and Cheese Expert Zina Makinkoff, for an educational wine and cheese seminar learning about the different styles of cheese, the best way to enjoy them and how to create a perfect pairing.

Katie Bay, Certified Specialist of Wine and Level II Sommelier will guide you through a lively, sensory experience that includes analysis, discussion and tasting of wine.

By the end of the session, you too will see how discovering the nuances of wine can be simple and above all fun!
