In the Horn of Africa, the cuisine of Ethiopia is characterized by its often spicy meat & vegetable dishes served atop “injera,” a traditional large sourdough flatbread. Chili pepper as well as “Niter kibbeh” (a clarified butter infused with ginger, garlic, and spices) are staples of Ethiopian dishes. Paired with our award winning wines, this prix fixe dinner will have you wanting to visit this beautiful East African nation!
