Enjoy Paso Robles Wine Country from the vantage point of our foothills that hug our 145 acre vineyard. Beginning and ending at our Geneseo Inn, this “backstage all-access pass” to CASS Winery highlights working knowledge of the vineyard, terroir and microclimate effects on varietals, and landmark experiences of the reservoir, bee hives, apple orchards and olive orchards. The hike finally ascends the foothills dusted with wild grasses and dotted with ancient oaks for a sunset experience and photo worthy vistas of the vineyard. The experience includes a glass of wine with an option to add-on a cheese board for nibbles at check-out.
