Farmers and Friends Feast

We’re inviting a few of our favorite ranchers, farmers and cheesemongers to join our Winemakers for an epic evening celebrating the bounty of the Central Coast! Each dinner course will be inspired by a local ingredient and paired with our wines. You’ll hear the story of each producer, and Executive Chef Brendan Collins will create a fresh, creative dish to complement it. One course will also be inspired by the seasonal bounty of our own Chef’s Garden!

Summer Vegetable Succotash, Bacon, Corn Pudding
Mushroom Risotto, Mushrooms Five Ways
Mangalista Pork Collar, Beet Tahini, Fennel
Ragged Point Cheesecake

This dinner will include outdoor, communal seating and a family-style dinner. June weather can vary in Paso Robles, so we do recommend wearing layers and bringing a jacket for later in the evening.
