Kelpful Seaweed Foraging with Absolution Cellars

The Kelpful Seaweed & Kelp Foraging experience will be on the coast in San Simeon. Guests will be led on a coastal and tide pool tour by Kelpful founders Melisa & Jules. Guests will learn how to identify and sustainably harvest a variety of seaweed and will leave with a new appreciation for seaweed and the knowledge to enjoy the fruits of nature responsibly. The experience includes foraging supplies, history and know-how of kelp as food and body care, and the morning’s harvest! After the foraging, guests will be treated to Kelp-paired bites paired with Absolution Cellars wines.
