Frissee, Radicchio, and Baby Arugula, Apple, Toasted Walnut, Pomegranate Seeds and White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Second Course

Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef

an English Cut (10 ounces), Crusted with tri Color Peppercorns, garlic and herbs, served with roast Garlic mashed potatoes, Aus Jus, Horseradish Sauce, and a Red Wine Demi-Glace
Blue Lake Beans with fried Leeks
