We chat first with Steve Cass of Cass Winery. More than just award-winning wines, and 3-time winner of Winery of the Year, Cass has many more reasons to come pay them a visit. Archery, horseback riding, and a B&B made from up-cycled shipping containers, to name just a few. If you just like still wines, they got you as well. Chad comes from a farming family and has been farming over three dozen types of grapes, so there is for sure something for every wine lover.
