Lemon-Goat Cheese Gratin – Tablas Creek Vineyard

Ingredients
For the gratin:
8oz Fresh Goat Cheese
2 minced garlic cloves
2 lemons zested with a microplane
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbl olive oil
For the Dish:
Toasted baguette
torn basil leaves
sliced chives
Method
Mix goat cheese, garlic, cayenne, and lemon zest. Place in a gratin dish. Drizzle olive oil on top and cook under a broiler till golden brown.
Garnish with basil and chives. Serve with toasted baguette.
