On April 22 we’re welcoming co-founder and winemaker Brandon Sparks-Gillis for an evening that’s all about precision, place, and seriously good wine.

Founded in 2005 by brothers John and Steve Dragonette alongside Sparks-Gillis, Dragonette Cellars has become one of the Central Coast’s most respected producers, known for sourcing from top-tier, cool-climate vineyards across Santa Barbara County and crafting wines with a minimalist, hands-on approach focused on purity, balance, and site expression.

We’ll be pouring 4 wines that showcase exactly why Dragonette has built such a devoted following.

And as always, Chef Amy is bringing the heat with food that more than holds its own alongside these wines.
