Frequently Asked Questions
What wine works best for watermelon popsicles?
A dry rosé with real fruit character. JUSTIN Reserve Rosé has hints of Bing cherry and strawberry along with bright acidity and depth of flavor, and those fruit notes blend naturally with the watermelon.
How long do wine popsicles take to freeze?
Plan on about three hours in the molds, for a total of three hours and fifteen minutes from start to finish including prep.
Do you have to strain the watermelon juice?
Only if you want a smooth popsicle. Leave the juice unstrained for a chunkier texture, or strain it to remove the pulp and seeds for a cleaner one.
