Wine Pairing: Still Waters Vineyards 2017 Merlot

Make the easiest and tastiest appetizer that everyone loves! A consistent favorite at Still Waters events over the years, we especially love it paired with our 2017 Merlot.

Directions

Sauté 4 cloves of garlic in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add 2 cans of black olives chopped, 1 can cut tomatoes, and ¼ cup capers. Simmer for about 45 Minutes. Delicious warm or cold.
