Zobèto Wines

Located on the west side of Paso Robles, Zobèto Wines is a family owned, boutique winery rooted in craft, hospitality, and a deep connection to place. In 2023, we planted our own estate vineyard, an important milestone in our long term vision to create wines shaped by our land and guided by our hands.

Alongside our estate vines, we source high quality fruit from thoughtfully farmed vineyards in the Willow Creek and Templeton Gap AVAs. Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre sit at the heart of our winemaking, varieties we believe best express the balance, character, and warmth of Paso Robles.

Our path into winemaking has been shaped by years of learning alongside local growers and veteran Paso winemakers, building slowly and intentionally from the ground up. Today, that philosophy shows up in small lot production, native fermentations, neutral oak, and wines that emphasize texture, energy, and restraint.

We offer intimate, appointment only tastings, where guests are welcomed personally by our family. We invite you to taste the wines, learn our story, and experience Zobèto as it continues to grow.
