Willow Creek Distillery anchored its roots in 2013. As an extension of the Opolo family, this passion project pivots from traditional winemaking and headlong into an evolving obsession with high-quality spirits. Since 2016 our Head Distiller and Central Coast native, Kevin Coulton, has injected a creative influence blending the liveliness of unique spirits and the craft of exceptional quality into each batch.
