At Wave Coaching, I support leaders, founders, teams, and entrepreneurs in building the inner skills that drive strong outer performance. My work blends neuroscience, performance psychology, contemplative wisdom, and more than 30 years of global leadership experience across Nike, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Samsung, and startups. 
Now based in Paso Robles, I offer coaching, workshops, facilitation, and speaking designed to help people lead with greater clarity, resilience, and intention, especially in times of pressure, change, and uncertainty. I’m particularly interested in supporting the wine community through leadership development, stronger team dynamics, clearer communication, and more sustainable performance. 
I’m also interested in contributing through facilitated Executive Leadership Roundtables for CEOs and senior leaders, as well as Emerging Leaders Cohorts that help develop high-potential talent across the wine industry. These kinds of structured conversations and learning communities can strengthen leadership, deepen collaboration, and support the long-term health of the broader wine community.
