Vina Robles is dedicated to crafting premium wines that reflect the region’s unique terroir. Founded in 1998 by Swiss entrepreneur Hans Nef, whose vision brought together a passion for wine and the rugged beauty of California’s Central Coast, Vina Robles has grown into a respected name known for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and hospitality. Now part of the CMB Family of Wines under the ownership of Courtney Benham, the winery honors its legacy while embracing a renewed vision for the future, blending tradition with innovation to create wines of exceptional character.

Vina Robles places a strong emphasis on producing Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet-based blends, showcasing the bold, expressive nature that Paso Robles is renowned for. These wines highlight the region’s diverse microclimates and soils, resulting in rich, balanced wines with depth and complexity.

The winery continues to source fruit from sustainably certified vineyards, reflecting a deep dedication to responsible farming and environmental stewardship.

In October of 2026 Vina Robles launches Bel Sorrios at Vina Robles. Helmed by Chef Cosimo Allegretta, formerly of Mistura and Mama's Meatballs. We offer a full menu of wood fired pizzas, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, pastas, entres and desserts. Bel Sorriso is open Wednesday through Sunday from 11am to 5pm for in-house dining, and take out is available from 5-7 pm.
