AboutVillicana Winery is one of Paso Robles’ first 20 wineries. Established in 1993, it was built on passion, hard work, and a deep belief in Paso. The estate is also home to RE:FIND Distillery, Paso Robles’ first craft distillery, founded in 2011.
n the 1990s, Alex and Monica Villicana personally planted their west side vineyard, digging every hole and planting every vine by hand. Today, they continue to farm the estate with the same care and intention. Production remains extremely limited, with a focus on red wines, and every bottle is 100 percent estate grown. Our philosophy is simple: create well balanced, full bodied wines that are just as enjoyable on their own as they are at the table.
Our tasting experience is education focused, inviting, and authentic. The relationship between our wines and spirits is truly symbiotic. Our clear spirits are distilled from Paso Robles red wine grapes, and our handcrafted spirits, including our whiskey, are distilled and aged entirely on site for guests to see and experience firsthand.
For more than three decades, Alex and Monica have poured their hearts into the Paso Robles wine community. In recognition of that dedication, they were named the 2023 Wine Industry People of the Year.
We invite you to come taste, explore, and experience our story. -
