    Vigo Cellars is a family-owned, artisan winery based on the Central Coast. Dan and Kim Rodrigues launched Vigo Cellars in 2008 with a single vineyard Syrah from the Avila Valley in the San Luis Obispo Coast wine region, later expanding the portfolio to include a Grenache Blanc, Picpoul Blanc, Viognier, and Grenache. A 2025 Chenin Blanc is planned for release in early-2026.

    With a focus on the crafting of small lots, Vigo Cellars utilizes new world winemaking techniques as well as time honored, old-world methods to express each vineyard’s terroir, while highlighting the varietal’s characteristics, with winemaker Jeremy Leffert at the helm. At Vigo Cellars, we source fruit from renown vineyards in Paso Robles, the SLO Coast, and in Santa Barbara County, incuding Morro View Vineyard, Nolan Vineyards, Roblar Vineyard, and Camp 4 Vineyard. Our upcoming 2026 releases hail from the Highlands District (Chenin Blanc) and Willow Creek District (Grenache).
