Thomas Hill Organics is a farm-to-table restaurant dedicated to serving locally sourced and organic products to create a dynamic menu of imaginative dishes. Thomas Hill Organics started as a 10-acre organic farm on the outskirts of Paso Robles. After a successful local CSA program, they decided 13 years ago to open an organic restaurant in downtown Paso Robles. It has become one of the top restaurants in the area. Thomas Hill Organics is open 6 days a week for lunch and dinner and brunch on Sundays. We are closed on Wednesdays. We look forward to sharing the best of the Central Coast with you.
