Thomas Hill Organics is a farm-to-table restaurant dedicated to serving locally sourced and organic products to create a dynamic menu of imaginative dishes. Thomas Hill Organics started as a 10 acre organic farm on the outskirts of Paso Robles. After a successful local CSA program they decided 8 years ago to open an organic restaurant. It has become one of the top restauants in the area. With the success of the Paso Robles location the owner, Debbie Thomas, opened a second location in San Luis Obispo. Thomas Hill Organics is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner and brunch on Sundays. We look forward to sharing the best of the Central Coast with you.
