Thomas Hill Organics is a farm-to-table restaurant dedicated to serving locally sourced and organic products to create a dynamic menu of imaginative dishes. Thomas Hill Organics started as a 10-acre organic farm on the outskirts of Paso Robles. After a successful local CSA program, we decided 11 1/2 years ago to open an organic restaurant in downtown Paso Robles. It has become one of the top restaurants in the area. Thomas Hill Organics is open 6 days a week for lunch and dinner and brunch on Sundays. We are closed on Wednesdays through the winter. We look forward to sharing the best of the Central Coast with you.
