Thomas Hill Organics started as a 10-acre organic farm on the outskirts of Paso Robles. After a successful local CSA program, they decided 14 years ago to open an organic restaurant in downtown Paso Robles. It has become one of the top restaurants in the area. We specialize in catering and private events onsite and beyond.

Thomas Hill Organics is open 6 days a week for lunch and dinner, brunch on Sundays, and closed on Wednesdays.

Our exclusive THO Wine Bar is open Friday and Saturdays from 5pm to 9pm serving our regions finest by the glass or bottle paired with our full menu.
