Here at The Blending Lab, our owners believe that wine is a very personal experience, and that drinking wine should be FUN for everyone regardless of their knowledge and preferences. In addition to more traditional tasting flights, The Blending Lab offers a unique opportunity for customers to learn more about making & blending wine in our regularly scheduled wine blending classes.

Our partners, Michael, Magdalena, Chris & the Lab’s fierce wine dog, Café Au Lait, have traveled the world in search of unique and exciting wine, from Peru to Turkey, and all of the better-known destinations in between. That experience inspires the wine tasting and blending experience The Blending Lab has brought to Paso and Los Angeles.

The Blending Lab is a small, privately owned business founded in 2014, with the first tasting room opening its doors in 2016 in LA. Our experienced owners are personally involved in each & every step of operations, and you will often see them at the tasting room storytelling about their favorite wines.
