    An OASIS like no other! Nestled amongst the hills in the beautiful south-east portion of Paso Robles, our tasting room is the gateway to the El Pomar District sub-AVA. Enjoy an outdoor tasting overlooking 60 planted acres of sustainably grown vineyards, 2 acres of gardens and flowers, and a grove of 130+ year old olive trees. Enjoy tableside service with one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff members. There is a hidden pond that is a delight to gaze into and give the colorful koi snacks. Still Waters is a family-owned vineyard that is dedicated to producing small lots of premium estate wines including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Primitivo, Zinfandel, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and Pinot Gris. A tasting of our amazing Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil should not be missed! Tours of the vineyard and barrel room & winery are available to book for a special experience. Live music from March to November with local musicians. Located just five minutes east of Paso Robles, we are open Thursday through Monday from 11 am to 5 pm with our last reservation at 4pm. A visit to Still Waters Vineyards is truly a feast for your eyes and your palate.
