Riboli Family Wines has been owned & operated by the Riboli family since 1917. With over 100 years of wine-making experience, we offer a broad range of award-winning wines. With estate vineyards in Paso Robles, Monterey, and Napa, we produce a range of varietals under the San Simeon, Maddalena, Highlands 41, Opaque, Windstream, and Riboli Family labels.

The Café Bistro uses fresh, all-natural ingredients to create delicious, tasty meals. Some of our specialty items include freshly made pastas, pizza, salads, sandwiches, soups and more. Dine indoors in our light-filled Atrium Dining Room or outdoors on our relaxing Patio Alfresco.

Vineyard Details

Our family owns 10 different estate vineyards (approx. 1,000 acres) located in the Willow Creek, El Pomar and Creston AVAs of Paso Robles. Our vineyards are planted on hillsides; our viticultural team uses modern techniques and sustainable farming to maximize flavors and quality.
