Ruby Cellars is a small family run business located in Atascadero. We make small lots from notable and distinct districts from the Paso Robles AVA.

There are countless variables in the crafting of varietals that we source, but three requirements remain resolute to ensure excellence: Quality fruit, a non-interventionist winemaking approach and focused collaborative production. Our goal is to naturally and honestly express the character of the site from which it was grown, while meeting our standards of the highest quality product for our customers.

We produce an assortment of over 15 different varietals that are sourced from a variety of local vineyards.

Our tasting room is conveniently located in downtown Atascadero on El Camino Real, just steps from the Carlton Hotel.
