We have 2 locations open to the public. Join us at either one (both open 7 days a week) to taste a diverse selection of award-winning California olive oils paired with our collection of white and balsamic vinegars and artisanal salt and spice blends to create unique and delicious flavor combinations.

The Pasolivo Ranch is nestled among the rolling hills of Paso Robles and provides the perfect location to enjoy this favorite family-friendly activity. Relax on one of our dog-friendly outdoor patios or join us at the tasting bar inside for a more intimate indoor experience. The perfect complement to any wine-tasting itinerary, a Pasolivo olive oil tasting will open your palette to world-class flavors and exciting culinary possibilities. Walk-ins are welcome, although reservations are preferred.

Our Downtown Store on Park Street (right around the corner from the park) is wonderful for retail shopping, gifting, and tasting. Walk-ins are welcome. This is a great place to pop in while you’re enjoying the downtown Paso Robles area!
