Each wine is meticulously vinified and artfully blended to reflect a distinct Paso Robles signature. Craig and Nancy Stoller, third-generation grape nurseryman and passionate viticulturist, built the estate using licensed French clones brought to California in the 1990s. Their portfolio honors this heritage, featuring Bordeaux-style wines such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot in both single-varietal and reserve blends. The collection also includes bright whites, rosé, a sparkling wine, and an Orange Muscat. With on-site French-inspired cuisine and a warm, rustic setting, Paris Valley Road brings a touch of Provence to Paso Robles wine country.
