Little Soul

Little Soul Wines is a small, boutique wine project based in Paso Robles, California, focused on crafting vibrant, expressive wines with a strong sense of place and personality. Founded by winemaker Molly Lonborg, Little Soul produces wines exclusively from estate-grown, regeneratively farmed fruit, using a low-intervention, hands-on approach from vineyard to bottle.

Specializing in Rosé and Carbonic Pinot Noir, Little Soul wines are fresh, energetic, and meant to be enjoyed; balancing technical precision with creativity and joy. Regenerative organic farming practices guide every decision in the vineyard, with each wine reflecting the health of the soil, the growing season, and the character of the site.

Little Soul does not have a tasting room or traditional wine club. Wines are produced in very small quantities and released directly to the mailing list, where they often sell out quickly. The best way to experience Little Soul wines is to join the mailing list for early access to new releases and updates from the vineyard and cellar.
