Level 3 Wines

Level 3 is the latest wine endeavor for veteran wine makers Norm & Susan Benson. Thirty years ago the husband and wife team created Dark Star Cellars on the Westside of Paso Robles. Dark Star was the 32nd winery in Paso Robles. Seven years ago they sold Dark Star and created Level 3. The nexus for Level 3 is to produce very limited amounts of Ultra-Premium handcrafted red wines. Very limited in their dictionary means seventy-five cases or less of each wine. To that end they have created six red blends from Bordeaux and Rhone varietals, all from grapes grown on their estate vineyard.
