Since 1982, Laetitia Vineyards & Winery has been crafting wine on California's Central Coast, one of the few sites in the region with the cool climate and limestone rich soils needed to grow truly age worthy fruit. More than four decades of hands on winemaking have given us a depth of expertise we are now excited to share with fellow wineries and hospitality businesses.

We offer full custom crush services for both still wine production and traditional méthode champenoise sparkling wine, giving partners access to equipment, cellar space, and winemaking knowledge that would otherwise take years to build. Our team handles the craft, from fruit to finished bottle, so you can focus on your brand.
