Karson Butler is a hospitality and experience design firm led by twin sisters Amber Karson and Emily Butler, known for producing elevated gatherings that intersect food, wine, travel, and celebration. With over 20 years of experience producing large-scale events across the globe, their work blends strategic planning with impeccable design and a deep respect for place.
As the team behind Paso Wine Fest, Karson Butler is proud to partner with Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance to bring the region’s most anticipated annual event to life - crafting an experience that honors the vibrant wine community while delivering high-touch hospitality for both industry and guests.

Whether producing a destination retreat or curating a branded activation, Karson Butler delivers memorable experiences rooted in storytelling, connection, and creativity. Their company includes event, retail, and education divisions - reflecting a holistic approach to hospitality that’s thoughtful, intentional, and always inspired. The duo also owns and operates the Ah Louis Store, a beloved wine and gift shop in downtown San Luis Obispo, and Amber serves as an adjunct faculty member in Cal Poly’s Wine & Viticulture Department, where she helps shape the future of the industry through education and mentorship.
