ITEK WINE is owned and operated by Manu Fiorentini who moved to Paso Robles in 2010. He is the agent for French oak barrels from Tonnellerie Sylvain and Tonnellerie Meyrieux, and oak tanks from Marc Grenier in Beaune.
Manu is the North American Importer and distributor for Italian made concrete wine tanks by Nico Velo and artisanal terracotta amphorae for winemaking made in Tuscany by a third generation artisan.
Since 2013, ITEK WINE offers mobile crossflow filtration service for the California Central Coast showcasing state-of the-art filtration equipment. His associates have the high standards for customer service set by Manu. ITEK WINE also performs VA reduction filtration, Tartaric stability and pH reduction with an Ion Exchange machine winner of IQ Napa in 2017.
