AboutOverlooking a breathtaking bay, beside Highway 1 and across from the iconic Hearst Castle, the San Simeon tasting room is a must-visit destination. Located in a cliffside building with soaring ceilings and plentiful seating our tasting room is the perfect place to stop on your way along the Pacific Coast Highway. Enjoy excellent wine inside or at our dog-friendly outdoor tables with sweeping views of the bay. Relax on the private patio lounge reserved for members while you sip wine and enjoy beautiful views of San Simeon Cove. Food options available daily from our food partners; The Cruiser Food Truck and Seaside Deli.

Vineyard Details
- Saunders Vineyard, established in 1994, is Hearst Ranch Winery's estate Paso Robles vineyard. The eastern Paso Robles meso-climate of Saunders Vineyard is the perfect environment for growing Syrah, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Merlot and Tempranillo grapes.
