    Grosso Kresser Estate

The Grosso Kresser Estate Vineyard is twenty-two acres of sloping paradise overlooking a valley in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles. With calcareous rich hills and a warm coastal climate, our estate is ideal for growing Cabernet Sauvignon and other Bordeaux, Italian, and Austrian varietals. Our 14 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon are nearly 50 years old and enjoy the influence of the ocean that is just 20 miles away. Hot days and cool nights make for happy well balanced grapes. Grosso Kresser wines are a labour of love. We produce on a very small scale, choosing the absolute best fruit for our projects. Each red wine spends at least 3 years in the barrel and one year in the bottle before being sold.

Reservations can be made on our website, however walk ins are welcome as seating and staffing allows!

    • We give our almost 50 years old Cabernet Sauvignon vines a lot of attention and care. Four blocks, sloping up the hill, are kept separate throughout harvest, crush, fermentation and the 3 year barrel aging. Then we taste and pick the barrels to create our 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Reserve wines.
