Grain + Vine Distillery

Located at The Barton Family Estate, Grain + Vine is proprietors Joe and Jenny Barton’s latest contribution to Paso Robles Wine Country.

Grain + Vine opened its doors June 1, 2022 and is located behind the Barton Family Wines tasting room at the Barton Family Estate. After selling his stake in the previous distillery on the property, Joe wanted to partner with Jenny his wife to create a unique craft spirits and cocktail experience called Grain + Vine in honor of both of their fathers. Jenny’s dad was a grain farmer, and Joe’s dad was a grape farmer.

Joe’s experience has uniquely shaped him over the last 28 years of being a grape farmer, winemaker, and distiller. He balances science, art, and authenticity with everything he creates, and along with Jenny’s eye for design, passion for creating the best customer experience, and fun spirit, the two of them together have created something special.
