AboutLocated off of Highway 46 West in Paso Robles, the winery sits on forty acres and is surrounded by the winery's dry farmed grapevines. These vines produce very low tonnage and extremely high quality fruit, resulting in robust Italian style wines. The winery uses only its own grapes in order to ensure top quality. Total annual case production is approximately 1800 cases, although production varies based on rainfall. The wines are made in the Italian style so they pair wonderfully with rich, flavorful foods and will age for many years. The wines produced include Italian and Bordeaux varieties as well as Italian and Bordeaux blends. All these wines are best paired with food or cellared for a number of years.
