I am a retired Catholic Priest, and am now married for more than 30 years with a wonderful wife and two children. I was ordained in 1972, after 12 years of study, and then retired in 1981, because I wanted to be married and raise a family. I am still a priest but now perform weddings as a Non-Denominational Minister for couples of ALL faiths in ALL locations, from San Francisco to San Diego. I have been planning and performing weddings for 47 years. I also speak Spanish. PLEASE REMEMBER - the only thing that makes a person holy is determined by how loving they are. Nothing else is as important. Being religious or being a priest or being a minister or a rabbi or an imam provides no guarantee of being holy. None of us are perfect but we all try to be better every day. Some of the holiest couples I have ever worked with were not religious at all. Every ceremony is different and yet celebrates your love for each other. "One of the surest signs of the presence of God is humor."
